  • Double check everything, make sure your image and text are exactly how you want them

  • Once we get your order, it takes us 1-2 days to remove the background on your image and turn it into a 3D image
  • We send your image to our state-of-the-art lasers to create you personalized 3D gift
  • We polish and package your gift before it goes to shipping
  • You’ll receive your gift in 5-8 days, depending on location

What image file types do you accept? What size is best?

We accept PNG and JPG files.

For the best possible personalized photo gift, you’ll want to send us a clear, high-resolution image of at least 2MB. This lets us create the best image inside the crystal as possible. You also want to make sure your exposure is balanced. If your picture has too much light or a flash on the figure, it will have the same brightness and limited detail in the crystal. If your photo is too dark, we won’t be able to pull the subject out and give you the detail you’re expecting.

Make sure your image fits the space well. If your subject is too far in the background of the photo, your image may not be as clear. If the photo is too cropped, important parts of the image will be missing. We also recommend not sending photos with filters or lens flares. These filters and bad lighting make the image harder to work with, and you’ll get less detail in your photo gift.

Will old photos work?

We know there are important images in your life that weren’t taken digitally. Vintage photos may have faded or been damaged and are harder for us to work with. Some of our customers have taken photos with their phones of their older images and it has worked well. If you’re looking to use a vintage photo in your order, feel free to ask us if it will come out nicely! We’re happy to help.

Can I use group images?

We know important events in your life may involve groups. You’ll want to choose the right piece for the amount of people in your image. A family of seven won’t fit well in some of our smaller pieces, and there is an additional charge for additional figures. Please check the product descriptions of the 3D gift before ordering.

What type of crystal do you use? Is it crystal all the way through?

Yes, we use only the highest quality, lead-free, optical crystal.

How do you get such fine detail?

Our lasers fracture approximately 1,000,000 dots in each square inch for the greatest detail possible.

How do you get the image inside the crystal?

Our specialized lasers and computer technology allow us to take any photo and recreate it in intricate detail. The lasers create small fractures inside the crystal that look like dots to the naked eye. These dots combine to form your image in incredible detail.

Are the bases included in the price?

Yes they are! We’ve picked the perfect base for your photo gift or memorial urn. The bright lights will make it look amazing. We also sell bases separately.

Is the base attached to the crystal?

Most of our products include a LED Lighted Base that is not attached, including all photo gifts, Legacy, Champion, Guardian, Honor, Dignity, and Scout Memorials.

The following Memorial Urns have bases that are not lighted and are attached: Tribute, Celebration, Companion, & Devotion.

How do the LED bases light up?

Each LED base comes with LED lights, a battery pack and a wall plug-in.

Do you offer a price guarantee?

Yes, we will match or beat our competitors’ price on the same type of items!

How do I order the design I want?

To order, first select your size and then click on the “Click to Start Designing” button. Choose your design and upload your image. When you’ve decided on a layout, proceed to checkout.

How do I order a crystal photo gift?

It’s easy! Just choose your size/orientation from the product page. Then upload your image of choice using our customization tool. From there, you can add text for no additional charge. Make sure you check your spelling since we’ll add your text EXACTLY as you type it. Once you’ve made your selections, add the gift to your cart and proceed to checkout!

How long does it take to make my photo gift?

Most of our products have 1-2 days processing time. Memorial Urns can take up to 5 days produce. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your item in 5-8 business days. During the busy season, our products can take up to 14 days to get to you. Expect delays during Black Friday through Christmas.

When will my photo gift arrive?

You will get an email from us when your order ships. This will include a FedEx tracking number. All orders ship using FedEx. Delivery time will vary based on your location.

What happens if my gift gets lost in shipping?

This is rare, but it does happen. We’ll work with you to replace your photo gift if yours is lost.

What happens if my gift breaks during shipping?

We have tested our packaging extensively to make sure our gifts don’t break, so this is rare. If it does happen, we’ll work with you to replace your photo gift.

How can I track my package?

When your order leaves our facility, you will get an email with a link to tracking information. We currently use FedEx Smart Post – which is a 5–8-day service. Shipping time does depend on your location.

Once your gift leaves our facility the delivery time is out of our realm of control. We will help you as much as we possibly can with shipping questions, please contact us.
