What Makes a Good Image?
- Any image will work. We recommend a file size of 2MB or larger.
- Backgrounds are all removed so that the figures in your image can really pop!
- Your image will float inside the crystal. Each square inch will contain 1,000,000 dots.

How It's Made?
One you complete your order, we'll get right to work. It will take us 1-2 days to create your FREE Personalized Mock Up Proof. You'll get that via email. We transform your image into a file that our lasers can read. Then the lasers will inject every detail of your image into the crystal.
We'll hand polish and inspect your gift before it ships out of our doors.
Your gift will arrive in 5-8 days, depending on location.

We ship via FedEx Ground, a 3-day service to most locations. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your item in 5-8 business days.*
